Refund and Returns Policy

At Fémoré Designs, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. However, due to the nature of our products, especially made-to-order and limited designs, we do not offer refunds.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

No Refunds On:

  • Custom or tailored orders
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Worn or damaged clothing

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
