Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
No Refunds On:
- Custom or tailored orders
- Sale or discounted items
- Worn or damaged clothing
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
